Holiday First Aid
What to take with you - what first aid stuff to take on holiday - planning
in advance and packing a first aid kit can be really useful.
- ALL the medicines you would normally take
- All the medicines anyone you are responsible for normally takes (Asthma
stuff, allergy, indigestion stuff)
- Antiseptic cream
- Plasters
- Asprin or paracetamol
- Diarrhoea and rehydration sachets
- Constipation remedys
- scissors
- tweezers
- thermometer - they do great forehead ones
- travel sickness medicine
- Water purification tablets
- Sun lotion and after sun products
- small bandages
If you use contraception make sure you take it with you. Remember if
you're on the pill and you get a stomach upset you may need to uise extra
precautions. |
