| What is the booking procedure? |
Our members require their customers to pay a deposit on booking
followed by the balance prior to taking occupation. Most will also
ask for a breakages deposit at the same time. The exact amounts
and timing will depend on the individual member.

| How do I see the booking terms? |
On the calendar of each property is a blue button marked view
booking terms . Or you can get a detailed quote with payment terms
using the booking calendar.

The member immediately gets sent an email alerting
him/her of your request. They will check your details and their
availability and either confirm or decline your booking request.

An email will be sent to you with a link so that you can pay the
deposit on your booking in the Villarenters secure credit card payment
area. You will then be sent reminders when your balance and security
deposit is due to be paid. If its a late booking you may need to
pay the balance and breakages deposit at the same time as your booking
deposit.

I made a booking request but I received no reply what should I
do?

Some members are quicker at replying than others - we send out
a reminder after 24 hours. |
| What does Active, Lite and Multi Calendars mean? |
Active calendars mean that the
member is committed to keeping their calendar bang up to date
so you can be reasonably confident with the accuracy of the availability.
Lite calendars are an option we give members who are not able
to fully commit to showing up to date availability therefore there
is a chance your booking may be declined.
Multi calendars represent several similar properties with the
same prices. Availability is not displayed on these calendars.

Am I committed when I make a booking request?

No, the contract does not begin until you pay for your deposit. |
Can I contact the member before I make a booking?
|
Yes but please check price and availability. using the booking
calendar first. |
| When do I pay for my accommodation? |
After the member has confirmed your booking you will be sent an
email with a link to the secure payment area.

| Who is my contract with? |
Your contract is with the member as stated in the terms and conditions
of the property.

| Can I make a provisional booking? |
Once you make a booking request nobody else can book the property
using the Villarenters booking system. After confirmation the member
will give you a certain amount of time to make the booking deposit
payment. This will depend on the individual member. You will see
this information when you make a booking request.

When you have paid the balance and breakages deposit you will
receive instructions with your payment advice. |
| Can MyVillarenters answer questions about the properties?
|
No. We do not personally inspect the properties - all questions
about the property should be directed to the member.

| Can I pay by cheque? |
You can by contacting the owner direct. However you are better
off using a debit card which is more convenient, safer and quicker
and amounts to the same thing as a cheque.
